What is your advice to the young leaders?
Do not wait to follow your dreams, if you can think it, you can do it, if you can do it then you can achieve it
What are your views on starting your own business for the ones who dream?
If you are ballsy enough to dream it then starting the business is just a small step that might look like a giant leap. Believe me, close your eyes and do it, adventure lies ahead.
What was your inspiration to enter the industry and Who were the people that inspired you?
I always wanted to have something of my own which can leave a mark, and the IT industry was one that always had a niche spot in my heart. Every person who has the guts to say his mind inspires me, from the student revolutionaries to industry leaders. It is not about one person only.

Our company deals with SAP implementation, AMS, and all other services under the umbrella.
Why this industry?
SAP is one of the top ERPs which Fortune 500 companies use.
Some of the things which no one knows about the industry you are a part of?
Even Google shifted its Finance division to SAP.
How will your industry evolve in the next 5 years?
From a technology perspective, SAP is moving into a highly integrated but modular approach to provide an integrated, intelligent suite for customers, for sure based on cloud-native technologies. And here, this will help us to deliver continuous innovations and services to customers.
