Can you please tell us about Vision Fund?

A Large-scale pool of funds to support a Mega Vision project that will consist of Multi-Sectors, Maybe a future city with Future tech too.

How do you think the industry niche in which your business operates has evolved? In what direction do you see the industry moving in the future?

The adaption to market and consumer needs has grown over time across the world. Things will go more digital, and a lot of outsourcing may happen to India in the future days to come, workspaces will come back, we will be powered by 5G and IoT tech that will become a part of our new norms. Healthcare, Ed-tech, and Fin-tech scale would multiply, and most of all a big raise in manufacturing will begin in all sectors.

I’m involved in aviation/aerospace space, health and wellness, Retail and STEM education, and consulting. All these have a large scope for growth in their respective niche. We faced certain challenges during the pandemic in some startups. With things stabilizing, A hybrid team, and also decent funding support with our options to receive funding, we should be able to scale and operate.

How do you view the competition in the industry/niche that you operate in?

Competition is here to stay. It’s a good sign that tells you you are operating your business in the right market, sector, or direction. This also challenges you to pivot your product to market to stay up/ahead in the market to gain your market share.

What are the immediate challenges that your business faces during Covid? How do you plan to overcome it?

Pivot is the way. Work strongly on the product-market fit, no matter the circumstances.

How do you build an effective team to work along with you?

For now, You have to work with hybrid teams. Freelancers, consulting along with your core teams, Remote, and offline working combination as well. If there is one thing that you need to change in your professional journey so far, what would it be? None. Pretty happy where I’m at in my professional journey. Make sure you work with the right people/teams and have a clear vision for the future.

What is your message for any aspiring entrepreneurs?

Never Give Up. Pivot, Push, and Succeed. Entrepreneurship is already a big step that you have taken and you impact the current and future economy directly.
