How do you think the industry niche in which your business operates has evolved? In what direction do you see the industry moving in the future?
We at Vill Pay are working towards ensuring the facility of banking and utility services of the rural unbanked and digitally unaware segment.
In the upcoming era everyone needs an all-rounder person or company or app on which everyone can rely so by seeing the demand of customers we provide 1-AEPS 2-DMT 3-PAN CARD SERVICES 4- MULTI RECHARGE SYSTEM 5- GOLD LOANS 6- BILL PAYMENTS 7-TRAVEL BOOKING 8- HOTEL BOOKING we have 2000+ retail merchant base and 104 distributors across 6 states which cover all the upcoming demands of the customers
How do you view the competition in the industry/niche that you operate in?
It’s really important that we figure out if and how profitable your competitor’s organizations are and according to that we have to expand our business profile and company
What are the immediate challenges that your business faces during covid ?? How do you plan to overcome it?
The biggest challenge we face during the lockdown was Money Management. Making sure to have enough cash flow to pay the bills is so vital and a constant challenge for owners and managers in determining the company’s need presently and for future growth
The Small Business Administration has helped provide assistance to help businesses.
The federal government implemented the Paycheck Program Act which provides small business loans with funds to keep up with payroll and operational expenses
How do you build an effective team to work along with you?
By understanding the meaning of what a great team is to build up a good team. The following things have to be in mind there should be a strong leadership establishment and open and proper communication with the team.
