How do you think the industry niche in which your business operates has evolved? In what direction do you see the industry moving in the future?
In India, if we talk about no of students then 37.4 million students enrolled in higher education in FY19. Gross Enrolment Ratio in higher education reached 26.3%. Now in India in 2021 there were 9700 total AICTE approved institutes. The sector is expected to reach US$ 1.96 billion by 2021 with around 9.5 million users.
How do you view the competition in the industry/niche that you operate in?
Competition has become the only manner of measuring the caliber of students. Previously education was provided by the non-profit organization but nowadays it has become a profitable industry and everyone needs education. To cope with these challenges, higher education institutions need an appropriate strategy on which we are working.
What are the immediate challenges that your business faces during covid? How do you plan to overcome it?
Finding balance and achieving a healthy mindset was the toughest phase fear anxiety hopelessness. We are all experiencing a lot of intense emotions during these ever-evolving times, and entrepreneurs are no exception. To make it worse, there’s an additional level of stress as they try to do their best for their employees and customers. It can help to remember the saying “You can’t pour from an empty cup.”
How do you build an effective team to work along with you?
By building trust, tolerance, and self-awareness
If there is one thing that you need to change in your professional journey so far, what would it be?
It is very difficult to mention the change because every change has a reason behind it and a learning perspective.
What is your message for any aspiring entrepreneurs?
“Tough times never last, but tough people do”.
